Celebrate Two Decades of Knowledge and Community with the EAA
This year, we are proud to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Over the past two decades, the EAA has grown into a thriving hub of collaboration and professional development, thanks to the unwavering support and contributions of our community — including national actuarial associations, lecturers, actuarial umbrella organisations, our founding associations, and, most importantly, our participants and clients.
The EAA community provides us with valuable feedback, innovative ideas, and constructive suggestions for improvement. We carefully review every comment and continuously work to incorporate these insights into our offerings. Many of the topics we explore are inspired directly by our community’s proposals and guide us towards creating better programs that meet the needs of actuaries across Europe.
To mark this milestone, we will host
EAA’s Anniversary Conference on
4 December 2025. This celebration is not only a look back at the incredible journey we’ve shared, but also a chance to look ahead at the exciting future we’re building together.

Reflecting on Two Decades of Excellence
Since its foundation in 2005, the EAA has been a trusted partner in the professional development of European actuaries, working closely with actuarial associations and experts to provide top-quality continuing education. From the increasing demand for training in Central and Eastern Europe to the creation of internationally recognized programs such as the
CERA qualification and the
EAA Certificate in Actuarial Data Science, we’ve always been guided by the evolving needs of our community.
As we celebrate this anniversary, we also look to the future. The EAA remains committed to its role as
